    I tried this out and here is my answer.

    Tree B produced the most fruit in the third year by 28kg than Tree A.

    My explanation is as follows.

    Tree A:
    First Year = 225kg
    Second Year = 225kg - ⅓ of 225kg = 150kg
    Third Year = 150kg - ⅓ of 150kg = 100kg


    Tree B:
    First Year = 200kg
    Second Year = 200kg - 20% of 200kg = 200kg - ⅕ of 200kg = 160kg
    Third Year = 160kg - 20% of 160kg = 160kg - ⅕ of 160kg = 128kg

    Year 1: 225kg fruit
    Year 2: 1/3 of 225 = 75. 225 - 75 = 150kg fruit
    Year 3: 1/3 of 150 = 50. 150 - 50 = 100kg fruit
    Overall, Tree A produced 100kg of fruit in its third year.

    Tree B:
    Year 1: 200kg fruit
    Year 2: 20% of 200 = 40. 200 - 40 = 160kg fruit
    Year 3: 20% of 160 = 128kg fruit
    In conclusion, Tree B produced more fruit than Tree A in its third year by 28kg (we know this because 128kg - 100kg = 28kg).

    First year: 225kg
    Second year:150kg 1/3 of 225 = 75 225kg - 75kg = 150kg
    Third year:100kg 1/3 of 150 = 50 150kg - 50kg = 100kg

    Tree B:
    First year:200kg
    Second year:160kg 20% of 200 = 40 200kg - 40kg = 160kg
    Third year:128kg 20% of 160 = 32 160kg - 32kg = 128kg

    Tree B produced 28kg more than Tree A in the third year.
