At the beginning I was just staring at the screen wondering what to do for about five minutes then my brain started to work. The tortoise ran 10 km for every 150 minutes. The hare ran 10x the speed of the tortoise which meant that he spent 15 minutes to run 10 km. That was as far as I got in a few minutes.

So if we divide 150 minutes by 10 it equals 15 minutes. 15 minutes is the time the hare would have taken if the hare hadn't slept. But the hare did sleep and it was 30 seconds late at the finish line. Now all we have to do is minus 15 minutes and 30 seconds to 150 minutes. The answer becomes 134 minutes and 30 seconds. Finally we have to convert 134 minutes and 30 seconds into hours. That is 2 hours, 14 minutes and 30 seconds!!!
